EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Independent School District is investigating sexual assault allegations involving an employee at Don Haskins Pre-K through 8th School, the district confirmed.
In a statement, EPISD said, “The district takes all reports and allegations of this nature seriously and follows established procedures while protecting the privacy of those involved.”
The district also confirmed the employee is no longer with EPISD.
“At this time, we can confirm that the employee in question is no longer with the district. Because this is a personnel matter, we are unable to provide additional details,” the statement said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
