HOUSTON – A dive team is responding to a report of a body in the water in east Houston.
What we know:
According to police, a caller reported a body in the water in the 2300 block of Sgt. Macario Garcia around 9:35 a.m. Thursday.
SkyFOX aerials showed Houston police patrol cars at Buffalo Bend Nature Park, which contains multiple ponds. Buffalo Bayou also runs nearby.
What we don’t know:
Police have not confirmed which body of water is being searched. They also have not confirmed if a body was actually found in the water.
