Las Palmas Medical Center, Providence hosts Dia de los Niños parade for pediatric patients

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — It’s Dia del Niño!!

For children spending Dia de los Niños in the hospital, Las Palmas Medical Center and Providence Children’s Hospital brought the celebration to them.

The medical center helped its pediatric patients mark Dia de los Niños with a themed parade.

Healthcare staff dressed in costumes and delivered goody bags to patients so they could celebrate the holiday while receiving care at the hospital.
