A major highway closure has the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office urging drivers to avoid the area. According to BCSO, the eastbound and southbound lanes of Loop 1604 at Somerset Road are closed due to an 18-wheeler crash.
Officials say the 18-wheeler jackknifed and is leaking fuel in a social media post shared just before 11 a.m. on Friday, May 1. No one was hurt in the crash. MySA reached out to BCSO for more details on the incident.
