H-E-B Plus shoppers in Kyle will now have the opportunity to shop in a larger store with more products and upgraded departments. The grocery retailer celebrated the improvements and redesign of the 182,000-square-foot store May 1.

Renovations on the store, which has served the community since 2007, began in August 2024.
According to a news release from H-E-B, the store has the following improvements:
New True Texas BBQ Restaurant: includes indoor seating and serves smoked meats, sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and Prime brisketNew H-E-B Wellness Primary Care Clinic: provides routine checkups, sick visits, primary care medical visits, lab services, immunizations, physical therapy, nutrition services and moreUpgraded BLOOMS by H-E-B: the floral boutique that provides fresh cut flowers and plantsExpanded H-E-B Curbside department: with a total of 57 Curbside spacesExpanded Meal Simple department: offers a wider variety of ready-to-cook or grab-and-go mealsExpanded Sushiya options: includes sushi selections made in-store, alongside a hot Asian grill that serves rice bowls and teriyaki

Other expansions can be seen in the produce, bakery, deli, market, seafood and Beer & Wine departments. Improvements have also been made to the Healthy Living Department, which includes bulk food bins with nuts, grains and dried fruit, according to the release.
Mia’s Mirror, a boutique inside the H-E-B that sells jewelry, clothes, candles and decor, has been remodeled, alongside the Texas Backyard, which sells plants, pottery and soil.
