CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Tuloso-Midway ISD voters have overwhelmingly approved both Proposition A and Proposition B in the May 2, 2026 bond election, with 81% supporting Prop A and 80% approving Prop B, according to district results.
District leaders say the outcome reflects strong community backing for local schools and student programs.

The approval of Bond 2026 allows us to address facility needs and provide our students with learning environments they deserve.”
What the bond includes
Proposition A accounts for $136 million in funding and will support a wide range of improvements across the district, including:

Next steps
With the bond now approved, district officials say Tuloso-Midway ISD will begin working with architects and financial advisors to develop a detailed construction timeline and launch the bidding process for projects.
The district also plans to establish a Bond Oversight Committee made up of community members to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation of the bond program.
