Edna F. Greenhaw, age 88, passed away on April 30, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on May 24, 1937, in Van Alstyne, Texas, to Russell Sims and Vera Whitfield Sims. In 1981, Edna married Jack Greenhaw, and together they lovingly united their families into a blended one. Edna found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed quilting, playing card games, working jigsaw puzzles, cooking, making preserves, and reading her Bible. She was especially known for her impeccable sense of style—always dressed with elegance—and for her exceptional cooking and quilting skills, which will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Vera Sims.
