Side Piece Pies has officially arrived.
The trendy Austin, Texas-based pizzeria serving New York-style pizza by the slice officially opened on Oct. 24. It’s located at 200 W. Lane Ave., inside of the new retro-inspired sports bar Victory Lap, where patrons can order from a walk-up window.
“WE KNOW YOU’VE BEEN CRAVING US COLUMBUS… AND WE’RE FINALLY HERE,” a social media post announcing the opening reads. “Doors open TOMORROW, Friday the 24th at 4PM. Come grab your first slice and make it official.”

The Columbus menu hasn’t been released yet, but the Austin, Texas Side Piece Pies, which also opened recently, offers Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, White Pie and Buffalo Wings pizza, and focuses on serving by the slice.
Side Piece Pies is open 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 12 p.m.-12 a.m. Friday and Saturday. It’s closed Monday.
