LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Crash investigators with the Lubbock Police Department are on scene of a wreck involving an officer near I-27 Erskine Avenue.
LPD says round 9:30 a.m., one of its officers was struck by a vehicle while traveling through an intersection.
The officer was taken to UMC with moderate injuries.
The other driver has not reported any injuries at this time.
