SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A neighborhood in Sunland Park will be without water because the utility company serving the area said it needs to perform emergency repairs to a water line.
According to the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority, repairs are being made to a water main in the Anapra area, which is interrupting service to the area and the surrounding areas.

CRRUA said it will notify when water service is restored and also advised people that once water comes back, it may be discolored due to minerals in the system, which should go away in 24 hours, and if it doesn’t, people are encouraged to run the cold water for several minutes.
CRRUA recommends people wait for the water to clear before washing laundry.
