EL PASO, TEXAS — Sun Metro is inviting riders and the community to a new series of pop-up public meetings to learn about service improvements scheduled to begin in June.

The service modifications are the result of Sun Metro Rising, a comprehensive study of Sun Metro’s transit system.

Planned changes set to start June 14 include increased route frequencies, reduced travel times and a reshaping of service through streamlined existing routes, new routes and the discontinuation of routes with low or no ridership.

Riders are encouraged to attend any of the pop-up meetings to learn more about the route changes.
