Decker Jones P.C. announced that Jacob C. Kalinke and Christopher T. Flanagan have joined the firm as associates, expanding its depth in commercial litigation, business transactions, and tax law, according to a press release.  

Kalinke joins the firm’s Litigation Section, where he represents clients in commercial and real estate disputes, breach of contract, employment and construction litigation, collections, and personal injury defense.  

A Texas A&M University graduate, he earned his law degree summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review and received top-grade awards in business entities and legal practice.

Flanagan joins the business and corporate section, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and real estate.

He graduated summa cum laude from TCU with a degree in political science and earned his law degree cum laude from Texas A&M School of Law with a concentration in business law.  

While in law school, he served as senior staff editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and gained hands-on experience through the school’s Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic.
