Edikted is coming to DFW. On the heels of opening its first Texas storefront in Houston, the trendy, Gen Z brand is set to open at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.
Established in 2020 by former Adika executives Dedy Shwartzberg and Zvika Alon, Edikted operates primarily as an online-first fashion brand based out of Los Angeles, California.
Though it began strictly as an e-commerce platform, Edikted transitioned into physical retail in 2023 with a New York City location following a series of popular college pop-ups. Today, the brand has grown its national footprint to 11 stores, and is preparing to launch its 12th in Frisco this August.
Highly popular among younger demographics, Edikted’s aesthetic is heavily influenced by viral internet culture and TikTok trends. Rather than mass-producing its clothing, the brand utilizes a small-batch inventory approach, selectively scaling up production only when an item performs well.
While Edikted’s collections are driven by rapidly changing internet trends, its core aesthetic consistently features Y2K nostalgia, preppy styles, and oversized streetwear. Often described as “internet core,” the apparel is explicitly designed to photograph beautifully and stand out on social media feeds—a strategy reinforced by their recent Barbie collaboration, launched on May 7.
This digital-first mindset extends into their physical stores; with selfie-optimized lighting, a signature heart-shaped archway, and an in-store photobooth, the retail spaces are purpose-built to encourage content creation.
“Opening a retail location in Dallas is a strategic next step for us because it builds directly on our existing customer data and real-world engagement,” the company said in a statement to Dallas Morning Network.
“We have a large and growing consumer base in Texas and our previous community pop-up events in the region were highly successful. We’re excited to bring our physical retail experience to our Dallas customers who have shown strong local demand and brand enthusiasm.”
Edikted plans to open at Stonebriar Centre August 2026. A specific grand opening date has not yet been revealed.
