Top Realtors, bold flavors and the latest issue of Local Profile come together for an evening at Tande
In real estate, relationships matter just as much as square footage. That spirit was front and center at Tande during Local Profile’s Top Realtor Party, presented by Republic Title, where clients, partners and some of the region’s most accomplished Realtors gathered to celebrate the release of the magazine’s latest issue and recognize the professionals helping shape one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.
Throughout the evening, guests mixed and mingled while paging through the newest issue, spotting colleagues, friends and fellow industry leaders featured among this year’s top Realtors. From real estate leaders helping drive the region’s growth to the stories behind the neighborhoods and developments transforming the area, the issue captures the momentum and ambition defining life in North Texas today.
Conversations among guests bounced from market trends to shared success stories, with plenty of excitement as attendees grabbed extra copies to take home and share with family, clients and coworkers.

Tande set the tone for the evening with a menu full of bold flavors and colorful bites that reflected the restaurant’s modern approach to Thai cuisine. Guests enjoyed favorites like golden fried tofu glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce, crispy brussels sprouts with a touch of heat and a variety of vibrant small plates that kept everyone coming back for another round.
Of course, no Local Profile celebration would be complete without something unexpected. This year’s standout entertainment came courtesy of a butt sketch artist — because sometimes the best conversation starter is a custom portrait of your best asset.
