EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 35-year-old woman was arrested after stealing a vehicle in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Juana Camacho of Tornillo was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility, facing a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle with a $7,500 bond.

Shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of S. Ascension St. to a report of an unauthorized use of a motor vehcile.
The victim reported their gray 2006 Saab, valued at about $5,000, had been stolen and identified the suspect as Camacho, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
It was noted in the release that EPCSO deputies were familiar with Camacho from a previous stolen vehicle investigation in 2025.
At around 1:21 a.m., deputies located the stolen vehicle along the 14700 block of Horizon Boulevard and conducted a traffic stop.
Camacho was then taken into custody without incident.
