TEXAS (KAUZ) – Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Lone Star has announced that Jenny Harper has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
BBBS said that Harper brings more than 20 years of experience with the organization.
“Jenny has dedicated her career to advancing our mission and strengthening outcomes for the young people we serve.
“Her deep institutional knowledge, commitment to high-quality programs and unassuming leadership style make her the ideal person to lead BBBS Lone Star into its next chapter.”
Harper began her career at Big Brothers Big Sisters more than two decades ago, according to BBBS, and served on the organization’s programs team in the North Texas area.
“I am honored to step into the role of CEO to lead this great mission into the next century of service in Texas. Every day, our mentors, staff, and volunteers change the trajectory of young people’s lives through the power of consistent, caring relationships. I am deeply committed to building on this legacy by strengthening our impact across Texas while ensuring every child we serve has the support they need to reach their full potential.”
