MARBLE FALLS, Texas — The Marble Falls Police Department is actively searching for an 81-year-old man diagnosed with a cognitive impairment on Thursday.
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued a Silver Alert for Joe Hernandez, who was last seen at 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 29 at the 600 block of S Avenue L in Marble Falls.

Authorities believe he may be traveling in a blue 2010 Ford F-150 with Texas license plate KWY5116.

Law enforcement officials have expressed concern that Hernandez’s disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
