LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – More than 100 South Plains students received scholarships from the Community Foundation of West Texas at the organization’s annual scholarship dinner.
The dinner recognizes scholarship recipients and donors who make the scholarships possible.
Through more than 70 scholarship funds, the foundation awarded over $431,000 in scholarships to students, with more to come.
The scholarships help ease the financial burden for students of any age while they pursue a higher education.
