LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in central Lubbock last month.

Just before 10:30 p.m. on September 23, officers were called to a crash with injuries involving a pedestrian at the intersection of 50th Street and Canton Avenue.

Police found 68-year-old Alfred Lopez lying in the roadway with serious injuries. He was taken to UMC where he later died.
