LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – According to a site plan review, it looks like H-E-B’s ready to bring a second location to Lubbock.

H-E-B said it is looking forward to providing more information in 2026.
Right now, Yate’s Flooring Center plans to be out of its 19th and Frankford location and moved into its new location at 122nd and Quaker in the Fall of 2026.
The move also coincides with its 50th anniversary.
