Northwest of Houston, a massive industrial park could soon rise—an ambitious 15-building development that would bring forth a multimillion-dollar construction wave and reshape the region’s fast-growing logistics corridor.
Developers recently submitted a series of filings to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for future office or warehouse buildings in Tomball at a site titled the Grand Parkway NW Industrial Park.
In total, the project has an estimated cost of $32,221,875 and encompasses 428,125 square feet.
While details submitted to the TDLR are subject to change, filings note an expected June 15 start date, with construction lasting approximately one year for the following 15 projects:
Prime Horsepower LLC is listed as the property owner for all 15 filings. The number associated with Prime Horsepower LLC did not immediately respond to Chron’s request for comment by the time of publication.
While it remains unclear which tenants would occupy the site or why the development location was selected, Adkisson Group Inc. is listed as the project design firm. The Houston-based real estate developer is also behind dozens of other industrial and business park projects across the region.
Melissa Robbins, senior project manager at Adkisson Group, did not immediately respond to Chron’s request for comment by the time of publication.
