Adjudicated MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who has become a celebrated hero for open-borders leftists, has secured a major legal victory thanks to an Obama-appointed judge.
Federal Judge Waverly David Crenshaw Jr., who was appointed by Obama in 2014, dismissed Garcia’s human smuggling charges, claiming that the DOJ only brought the charges because they were targeting Garcia.
Garcia, who is an illegal alien, had previously been deported back to his home country of El Salvador, but another activist judge ordered that he be returned to the United States.
