The Plano City Council on Tuesday will discuss and potentially vote on several facade grants for local businesses.

The council is meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 17 E. Main St. The meeting was moved to Tuesday because of Memorial Day on Monday.

Businesses requesting money through the facade grant program include Newkirk & Associates, Polaris of Plano and Arts on Fire.

The council will also vote on paying about $300,560 in bills.

During the committee of the whole session, the council will consider new playground equipment for Larry Trimberger Park.
