At around 7:30 a.m. on May 23, deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Paseo Modesto Drive to a family violence call.

The victim told deputies that Gonzalez followed them to their residence, damaged property and “caused them fear for their safety due to prior incidents,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Surveillance footage showed Gonzalez allegedly using a drone to monitor the residence.

EPCSO said deputies later found Gonzalez at the 13000 block of Powick Drive and took him into custody without incident.
