‘STIFEL STARS ON ICE’
For decades, “Stars on Ice” has brought Olympic-level figure skating out of competition arenas and into a more theatrical, crowd-pleasing setting, blending elite athleticism with music, choreography and showmanship. The 2026 edition, now titled “Stifel Stars on Ice,” features many of the skaters who represented Team USA at the Winter Olympics in Milan, including stars such as Alysa Liu, Ilia Malinin and Jason Brown. Unlike traditional competitions, the tour leans into entertainment, allowing skaters more creative freedom with music and choreography. Fans can expect a fast-paced mix of solo performances, ensemble routines and exhibition programs designed to showcase the skaters’ technical skill and personality.

‘CELTIC THRONE II: PSALTER OF IRELAND’
This touring show explores the ancient origins of Ireland with a mix of Irish dance, music, theater and cinema. More than 40 performers, including live musicians, will take part, wearing elaborate costumes and engaging in the kind of fancy footwork that made shows like Riverdance and Lord of the Dance a hit. Gymnasts and martial artists will also help tell the story of Ollav Fola, the legendary Irish sage who is reputed to have traveled from his homeland in Jerusalem to the Emerald Isle, where he ruled for four decades and instilled in the Irish people a passion for singing, music and dance. An elaborate set and a giant LED screen will aid in the storytelling. “Imagine taking a classic Irish dance show and blending it with a West End musical and a Hollywood movie,” director Brad Macdonald says. “This is what we have done.”

This four-day celebration of sketch comedy features nearly 100 performers, including headliner KC Shornima, a Saturday Night Live writer and comedian. The festival’s comedy shows feature a mix of sketch ensembles, character-based stand-up and musical comedy. ‘SEAN KENNEY’S NATURE POP! MADE WITH LEGO BRICKS’

The Fort Worth Botanic Garden has unveiled a series of larger-than-life nature sculptures made from more than 800,000 Lego bricks. Scattered throughout the garden are more than 40 animal and plant sculptures, including a panther poised to pounce, a curious fox on the prowl and a mama bear carrying her cub. Made by Sean Kenney, an acclaimed New York City-based artist whose Lego creations have been exhibited internationally, the sculptures are paired with facts about the subjects they depict, making the exhibition educational as well as eye-catching. Kenney, whose work has been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America and other shows, has written several children’s books on creating Lego sculptures. In honor of the World Cup, visitors who wear a soccer jersey can get half-price admission throughout June and July.
