EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 37-year-old man wanted on felony charges was arrested during a traffic stop in East El Paso on Wednesday, according to the El Paso County Constable Office of Hector Bernal, Precinct Three.

A sergeant with Precinct Three saw Ryan Henry Falvey driving and recognized him as someone who had an active warrant on two counts of indecency with a child/sexual contact.

Officials said his warrant had a total bond of $75,000.

The sergeant detained Falvey during what the office described as a targeted traffic stop in the 14400 block of Eastbrook.

Falvey was taken into custody without incident and booked on the outstanding felony charges.

The constable’s office said the arrest stems from an El Paso Police Department investigation initiated in 2025, with active warrants issued on March 26.
