EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A traffic stop in Far East El Paso led to the arrest of a 37-year-old man who was wanted on charges of indecency with a child, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct Three.

Ryan Henry Falvey was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under two warrants of indecency with a child/sexual contact, with a total bond of $75,000.

On Wednesday, May 27, a sergeant constable deputy saw Falvey driving down a road. The deputy had prior knowledge about Falvey and his active warrants.

The sergeant constable deputy conducted a traffic stop along the 14400 block of Eastbrook, where Falvey was taken into custody without further incident.

According to the Constable’s Office, the arrest stems from an El Paso Police Department investigation that began in 2025, and the arrest warrants were issued on March 26, 2026.

“Constable Hector Bernal commends the vigilance of Precinct Three deputies, who remain dedicated to enforcing the law and removing individuals with outstanding criminal and traffic warrants from the community,” read the news release by the Constable’s Office.
