EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Legendary regional Mexican group La Original Banda El Limón de Salvador Lizárraga is set to bring its iconic sound to Speaking Rock Entertainment Center for a highly anticipated free outdoor concert on Saturday, September 19.
The 21-and-over event promises an unforgettable night of banda music, energy, and celebration. Doors open at 6 p.m., and admission is free to the public.
With more than six decades of musical history, La Original Banda El Limón continues to solidify its place as one of the most influential bands in regional Mexican music. The group recently celebrated 61 years of artistic excellence and remains a dominant force in the industry.
Their latest single, “Team Anticupido,” debuted at No. 1 on the Monitor Latino Hot Songs charts in both Mexico and the United States, further proving the band’s continued relevance and popularity among fans on both sides of the border.
In a groundbreaking move for the legendary ensemble, the band recently recorded a new production incorporating guitars and additional instruments for the first time in its history, signaling a fresh evolution in its signature sound.
The group launched its “Vívela Banda Tour 2026” on February 6 alongside El Jerry Gerardo Coronel and Banda Los Sebastianes, continuing a successful run of performances across the country.
