The Dallas Wings guard’s jersey from her WNBA debut on May 16, 2025, has sold for $64,720 via MeiGray, a photo-matching and authentication company, according to Dan Hajducky of ESPN. That is a record amount paid for a WNBA jersey.
Before Bueckers‘ debut jersey sold, the previous record was $32,150 for a jersey worn by A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces in Games 1 and 2 of the 2025 WNBA Finals. That was also the previous record price for a game-worn, photo-matched piece of women’s sports memorabilia.
The record paid for an item of women’s sports memorabilia in general belongs to a tennis racket used by Billie Jean King in the “Battle of the Sexes” match against Bobby Riggs in 1973, which sold for $125,000 in 2017. That item was not photo matched on site, as the racket was donated to the Women’s Sports Foundation directly from King in 1982.
Bueckers and the Wings will look to take down another past WNBA champion when they face the Seattle Storm at home Monday.
