UPDATE: All lanes of traffic along I-10 West at Airway have reopened after being closed for about two hours, the Texas Department of Transportation said.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was lifted and two others were hurt after a two-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon, May 29, in East El Paso.

The call of the crash came in at 12:28 p.m. along Interstate 10 and Hawkins.

Two vehicles were involved in a rollover crash, resulting in two people being taken to the hospital, according to the El Paso Police Department.

According to a spokesperson with the El Paso Fire Department, two people were transported with non-life-threatening injuries (code 1) and one person was airlifted via FireSTAR, EPFD’s helicopter.

El Paso police’s Special Traffic Investigators have been called to the scene.

The Texas Department of Transportation said the right three lanes of I-10 at Hawkins have been impacted.
