LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A family has been displaced after a house fire that happened in central Lubbock early Sunday morning.
Lubbock Fire Rescue was called to a home near 34th and Quaker around 6:30 a.m. after neighbors reported smoke coming from the structure.
LFR crews found the fire in the back of the house and the fire was put out without any injuries.
Firefighters were also able to rescue a dog from the home.
The Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
