FORT WORTH – Chasity Ann Fretwell, 50, June 14,1975 – May 25, 2026 After a fighting a long battle with a number of health issues, Chasìty Ann Fretwell, age 50, passed on in her sleep to her new life with Jesus, on Monday, Memorial Day, 2026, from her home in Fort Worth, TX. Funeral Services: for Ms. Fretwell will be Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., Greenwood Live Oak Chapel 3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX, 76107. Burial will be at Isom Chapel Cemetery, Limestone Co., Alabama, assisted by Limestone Chapel Funeral Home in Athens, Alabama. She was born on June 14, 1975., in Decatur, Alabama to Dr. Barry Fretwell and Anita Janette Borden Fretwell. She is preceded in death by her mother. Chasìty is survived by her father and stepfather Brian Clark, brother Hestin Clark, sister Jenna Sowell (Patrick); nephew Owen Sowell and niece June Sowell, as well as other family in Alabama.
