Houston-based seafood chain Mambo Seafood had fully exited the San Antonio market by May 2026. Phone calls to the last remaining locations in the city led to the same voicemail confirming their closures.
El Paso-based Pan y Agua Group opened Chilaquiles Buen Dia near Pearl in 2024, but by the spring of this year, the restaurant was no longer serving customers.
Grandma’s Greek Taste was locked out by its landlord on May 8, 2026, effectively halting the business from operating. MySA made attempts to contact the property management and the restaurant to find out if the issue could be resolved, but we have not heard back from either party.
