AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) said a documented Bloods gang member was arrested in Austin on May 21.
According to DPS, 32-year-old Devonshae Aikeis Fisher was arrested following a brief vehicle pursuit with law enforcement.

DPS said the man had been wanted since July 2024. In March 2025, warrants were issued out of Oklahoma in connection with jumping bail and failure to appear for acquiring proceeds from drug activity.

According to the department, Fisher was previously convicted in Bexar County in 2021 for the unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and sentenced to serve five years in prison. He was released on parole in April 2023.
