Early voting is underway as two candidates face off in a June 13 runoff for an at-large Arlington City Council seat.
The candidates are Arlington ISD trustee Melody Fowler and University of Texas at Arlington professor Jason Shelton. Both candidates failed to surpass the 50% threshold on election night, with Fowler receiving 46.9% of the vote.
The District 8 seat is currently held by Barbara Odom-Wesley, who is term-limited.
Early voting is June 1-9. Election Day is June 13.

8 a.m.-5 p.m. June 1-5
9 a.m.-5 p.m. June 6
10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 7
7 a.m.-7 p.m. June 8-9
