WINKLER COUNTY, Texas (KCBD) – The Texas Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a Lubbock man Sunday night.

Around 11 p.m., 43-year-old Clayton Tedder was struck by a vehicle while in the roadway near CR 313 and Mile Marker 225.
