HOUSTON – The George Bush Intercontinental Airport is experiencing flight delays due to thunderstorms move across the area Tuesday afternoon, according to the FAA.
The ground stop was applied to departures from ZLA ZAU ZTL ZDC ZHU ZJX ZFW ZDV ZMA ZKC ZME ZID ZAB until 5 p.m. Tuesday.
A ground delay for Bush has been extended until 9 p.m.
