A new-to-Texas drive-through restaurant called Angie’s wants to challenge consumer expectations of fast food. According to founders Tony and Roushan Christofellis, customers can buy “luxury” food without getting out of their cars.
Dallas-Fort Worth’s second Angie’s opens June 5, 2026, in Little Elm, following its first restaurant in Texas, in Plano, which opened last fall.
Build-your-own bowls start at $6.99, and protein costs extra. Customers who are proteinmaxxing might be lured by the “2x”, “3x” or “4x” protein add-ons.

The restaurant also sells warm and chilled lobster rolls starting at $15.99.
Other options include cheeseburgers, burritos, salads and rice bowls. The all-in-one restaurant carries the new name Angie’s: The New Fast Food. Some of the menu items were previously sold under separate brands Angie’s Burger, Angie’s Chicken, Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill.
The Christofellises started Angie’s in 2022. The year prior, they sold Salad and Go, the restaurant chain that touted big portions for small prices. Salad and Go closed all its restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth within the past six months.
At Angie’s, the founders seek to “disrupt” mainstream ideas of fast-food, they said. How? The company controls parts of the supply chain to keep costs lower. As an example, the Angie’s team operates a trucking company that moves supplies across the country to its 24 restaurants, Tony Christofellis said.

The family plans to open at least four more Angie’s in Dallas-Fort Worth. For now, the company’s largest concentration of restaurants is in Arizona.
“We believe D-FW has the potential to become one of our largest markets over time,” Tony Christofellis said.
Angie’s is at 2823 Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, and 701 W. 15th St., Plano.
