For those driving to the stadium, official parking passes can be pre-purchased through the official parking page for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Fans could be charged into the triple digits just for a parking pass. Costs range between $98.99 and $174.99 for general parking at Houston matches, based on prices for seven listed matches on the official website.
For oversized vehicles, a pass could run you up to a whopping $700. FIFA defines an oversized vehicle as any vehicle exceeding 20 feet in length, 8 feet in width and 8 feet in height, or that otherwise occupies more than one standard parking space. No trailers or tow-behind units are permitted.
If you’re hoping to grab a pass, it’s best to do it in advance. FIFA warns that parking prices will increase 24 hours before match time.

How do I get a parking pass?
Only match ticket holders will be eligible to purchase parking passes using the same email address used to purchase match tickets.
Only one parking pass will be issued per customer per match.
To view parking options based on events, visit the official parking page for the Houston Stadium. In order to view parking packages, customers need to have an access code.

If parking is sold out for your match, you can join a waitlist, where you will be notified if more parking becomes available.
All sales are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred to another date or venue, so be sure to double check the details before clicking “Buy Now.”

When do parking lots open?
Lots open four hours before kickoff, and due to heightened security measures, officials urge attendees to arrive at least three hours prior to kickoff. Parking lots will close two hours after the final whistle, and any vehicles left overnight are subject to towing.

Closer to match day, you will receive an email with exact timing and your assigned parking lot. Printed passes will be accepted, but digital passes are preferred for efficiency.
Will any parking passes be available day-of?
If you’re driving down to Houston Stadium for match day and you plan to park onsite, you better grab a parking pass in advance.
No parking will be available on match day at Houston Stadium, all parking passes are pre-purchase only, according to the FIFA parking page.

Are there any other options?
If you want to forego the parking pass, you can ride Houston’s METRORail Red Line, which has direct service to the stadium from the Stadium Park/Astrodome Stations and runs approximately every 6 minutes on match days.

Rideshares, like Uber or Lyft, are also an option, though surge pricing and long pick-up or drop-off times may apply on match days due to high demand.
Off-site parking is also an option, though pricing, availability and distance to the stadium may vary. Apps like SpotHero can be helpful for locating and booking spaces at nearby lots or garages.
