On Sunday night, the Texas baseball team will determine if its next game is played in Austin or Omaha.

To close out the weekend, Texas (44-13) is set to play Oregon (43-17) at UFCU Disch-Falk Field in the second game of a super regional. Since it opened its super regional with Saturday’s 11-3 win over the Ducks, UT will advance to the College World Series with a win. A 38-time College World Series participant, Texas is looking to join an eight-team field in Omaha, Neb., that already includes Georgia, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Troy and West Virginia.

If Oregon rebounds and beats Texas tonight, these two teams will return to UFCU Disch-Falk Field on Monday for a winner-takes-all game. The Ducks are trying to reach the College World Series for the first time since 1954.
