The business specializes in madeleine pastries with a variety of flavors like pistachio raspberry, earl grey, dark chocolate and lemon. Customers can also accompany their pastries with drinks like coffee, the earl grey matcha or the strawberry matcha.
Business owner and pastry chef Seunghee Park studied in Seoul, Korea before traveling to Paris and New York.
Park said Everything Madeleine first opened in Carrollton in 2023 before opening its second location in Plano. She said the Carrollton location is now under new management and the name Lapin.
