WOLFFORTH, Texas (KCBD) – The Wolfforth library has been designated a “Family Place Library.”
The network dedicates itself to supporting families with young children through early literacy, parent education, community partnerships and family engagement.
To get the designation, libraries have to complete specialized training and implement key components like parent-child workshops, family-focused collections, spaces for young children and other programs to support early childhood development and school readiness.
