TEXAS — As World Cup fever continues to take Texas by storm, fans from all over the world will soon have a place to converge for the festivities.
FIFA Fan Festival is a free, open-to-the-public event serving as a home base for soccer fans in Dallas and Houston.
The Dallas festival takes place at Fair Park, home of the State Fair of Texas. Attendees can watch live match broadcasts, enjoy food courts, concerts, games and even play their own matches in a mini-pitch zone.
The celebration continues over in Houston, where the city’s east downtown area will become a giant viewing party. Attractions include a 7v7 synthetic turf soccer field for fans, youth teams and community groups, a projection dome featuring the FIFA World Cup 2026 match ball, a food hall and more.
Both festivals are open from June 11 to July 19.
Houston is hosting seven World Cup matches, including two games in the knockout phase. North Texas is hosting nine matches in Arlington, including five group stage games, knockout games and a semi-final.
