Texas baseball will need quite the comeback to make the College World Series.
The Longhorns dropped their 2026 Men’s College World Series opener against Georgia on Saturday in Omaha, Neb. Now UT faces elimination.
So who does UT play next? They’ll face another SEC foe: Alabama. The Longhorns beat the Crimson Tide in two out of three games during the regular season.
On Saturday, Bama lost to Oklahoma to set up this elimination game Monday.
Texas baseball, the No. 6 seed, will be play Alabama, the No. 7 seed.
