An Arlington resident claimed a $1 million prize in the Texas Lottery scratch game $1,000,000 Crossword.

The Texas Lottery said the player bought the $20 ticket at a QuickTrip on Farm-to-Market Road 663 in Midlothian.

The top prize was the first of six to be claimed in the game. Players can also win prizes of $20,000, $2,000, $500, $200, $150, $100, $50, $40 and $20.

The winner asked to remain anonymous.

Last month, winners in Granbury and Lancaster each claimed $1 million in prizes in the Big Money and Million Dollar Loteria scratch-off games.
