LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Voters across Texas will cast their ballots in this year’s special election on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
More than 13,000 people voted early for the Texas Constitutional Amendment Election here in Lubbock County.
Texans are voting on 17 different constitutional amendments.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
