ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington women’s volleyball has released its 2026 schedule, highlighted by four non-conference tournaments and the program’s first season competing in the United Athletic Conference under second-year head coach Tania Schatow.
 
The Mavericks will open its 54th season at the Razorback Invitational, hosted by Arkansas from Aug. 28-29, as part of a 28-match regular season slate.

UTA returns home to host the UTA Tournament on Sept. 4-5 at College Park Center. The Mavericks will face Kent State on Friday at 6 p.m., before taking on Army (11 a.m.) and Sam Houston State (6 p.m.) on Saturday.

The 12-match non-conference schedule includes four weekend tournaments, including the UTA Tournament.

Sep. 18-19

Opponents: Jackson State, Louisiana Lafayette, Mississippi State

UTA will begin conference play on Sept. 22 at Tarleton State, marking the program’s first United Athletic Conference matchup. The Mavericks will play a 16-match conference schedule during their inaugural season in the league.

 

The 2026 United Athletic Conference Championship is scheduled for Nov. 18-21, with the host site to be announced at a later date.
