Our Sky 2 Chopper was over the scene. The victim appeared to be covered by a tarp near a dark-colored sedan parked at the complex.

After talking to witnesses, deputies detained a 15-year-old who was in an apartment.

The shooting may be tied to a possible drug transaction, according to HCSO Sgt. Brown.
