MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – CASA of West Texas held a volunteer swear-in today at the Midland County Courthouse, honoring those who assist with children in the foster care system.
“Honestly, I just want to do good things,” CASA Volunteer Brandy Shipman said. “The idea of speaking for a child who might have lost or are losing their voice is important to me.”
