Hattie B’s offers five signature spice levels for its tenders and wings: mild, medium, hot, Damn Hot and Shut the Cluck Up.

Popular hot-chicken chain Hattie B’s Hot Chicken opened its second DFW location at Plano’s Preston Towne Crossing this week.

The former-Boston Market location has a more than 3,000-square-foot space with 56 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring Hattie B’s into the heart of the Plano community. We’re opening with a great team led by a general manager who has been with us for more than a decade and previously managed our Oak Lawn restaurant,” Nick Bishop, Jr., co-founder of Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, said. “We love watching our people grow as we continue to expand in the great state of Texas, and we can’t wait to serve up some heat, hospitality and a whole lot of chicken to this awesome community.”

Hattie B’s offers five signature spice levels for its tenders and wings: mild, medium, hot, Damn Hot and Shut the Cluck Up.

“We are beyond fired up about opening in Plano. Folks can expect everything they know and love about Hattie B’s — our delicious fried chicken, Southern sides, grandma-approved desserts and cold beer and cocktails,” Hattie B’s Executive Chef Brian Morris said.

Hattie B’s Plano is located at 2104 Preston Road.

“Whether you’re ordering a classic chicken sandwich for lunch, refueling mid-shopping spree or kicking off a night with friends, we’ve got something that hits the spot. We can’t wait to welcome y’all,” Morris added.
